I run work the same way across every engagement: discovery first, requirements refined with stakeholders, phased plans with explicit acceptance criteria and review gates, and plain-spoken schedule and risk conversations — owning scope, schedule, and outcomes.
I use AI tools as accelerators under human review: tests, diffs, documentation, and exploration—not as a substitute for correctness, security, or design judgment.
